[Maintenance Work Example] Air Conditioner Replacement Work
Construction scheduled to match the customer's holiday! We also performed caulking to prevent water from entering.
I received a request from a customer saying, 'The air conditioner that is currently installed has been there for a long time, and it seems to have poor heating efficiency, which has led to negative feedback from the office staff. I would like to take this opportunity to replace it, so could you please provide a quote?' I visited the site and conducted an on-site survey. I also selected the air conditioner, and provided a comprehensive estimate that included the selection of a new unit, replacement from the current air conditioner, refrigerant recovery and destruction, and removal work. On the day of the work, since it was an office, I took precautions to prevent dirt and scratches by covering the steel boards installed on the walls before proceeding with the installation.
